Helen Rowlands, PEI

Helen is a felt artist and musician from England, currently living on Prince Edward Island. She had a long and highly successful career as a professional double bass player in London, First as a member of the BBC Symphony Orchestra and then as a busy freelance player, working with the world's top conductors and soloists, she had now taken a temporary sidestep and has been broadening her artistic and creative outlook, focusing on felting in its many various forms.

Her work can be found in private collections across the globe, and she is a member of the international felt makers.
