Dimitri Gagnon Morris is a goldsmith as well as an accomplished artist with over a decade of professional experience in the media arts. Originally from Ottawa/Gatineau, he now lives in Montreal and dedicates most of his time to the creation of both artistic and functional objects, such as jewellery.

Dimitri has traveled the world in pursuit of inspiration. He discovered a passion for metal work while taking a silversmithing workshop in Mexico, in 2010, and shortly thereafter, he enrolled in the jewellery-making program at l’École de joaillerie de Montréal.

In the past couple years his jewellery work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, most notably in 2014 as a finalist for the Niche Awards (student category) and as a finalist for the prestigious Prix François-Houdé in Montreal.
